Pleasantly furnished and reasonably large room with big beds, a minibar, satellite television, and climate control. Excellent location, a few steps away from piata Rosetti. Also - very close to Armenian neighborhoods, Very close to the center, and the centre and staff.

The hotel provided a really comfortable stay for my business trip. Everyone working at the hotel was very helpful.- The location of the hotel, not very far from the National Museum of Romanian History, was good and ideal for exploring the area.

Location, wifi .. and the girls behind reception - very friendly, helpful
Breakfast - half empty . the waiters did not care to refill, instate going and talking to the Female reception staff Egg cold ... so even if the breakfast is included and simple - just more effort from the waiters had been enough - but they don't care ... Also Manager in duty walks into Guest Room without knocking first .. bad

A good breakfast and its own car park - underground and two places near the entrance. The hotel is 10 minutes from the old town. Originally a great hotel in a good location.
A sane number was only given to us on the third attempt. In the reservation was written with a view, but not on the roof of the shed (utility room) with garbage and tools. The second room did not close the lock and the card slot for switching on the electricity in the room was broken. We stopped at the third. Really - a welcome bottle of wine, the room is big. From the minuses - a stable water temperature was not achieved - either burning hot or cool, the pressure is weak. The hotel is actually located at most three meters from the tram tracks. Trams run a lot... The receptionist's girl smoked incessantly at the main entrance.

The hotel provided a superb base for our short stay; it felt like home. Our standard queen room was equipped with an electronic key card, tea/coffee making facilities, and a work desk. The breakfast was nice and hot, with delicious croissants and fresh fruits. The staff was efficient and provided excellent service. We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Clean and pleasant rooms and bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Attentive, polite and helpful staff. As soon as she heard us speak, the receptionist changed language to attend to us in Spanish. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of hot and cold dishes (compared to the average hotel in Romania after 17 days of vacation). The air conditioning works well, as does the wifi. We were able to park the car for free without any problem. It is located about 12 minutes walk from the historical center, in a neighborhood in the midst of renovation, which will surely be the next expansion area of the center. Although the hotel is surrounded by many houses in a dilapidated state, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and you only have to walk down the street behind the hotel to see how the mansions of the neighborhood have been restored. Without a doubt, the appearance will change completely in the next few years
The hotel needs more maintenance. Some things have fallen down (toilet paper holder) and nobody has bothered to fix them. We had one of the fluorescent lights in the bathroom that had burnt out and they were willing to fix it as soon as they were told. Nothing really problematic and that could be solved with a maintenance manager.

All the necessary comforts/modern amenities were provided and the staff members were very courteous and friendly (even going beyond the call of duty in order to help me make a number of business arrangements). They also spoke good English. The location was fine as well; the hotel is not very far from the Bucharest city centre and there were plenty of fine dining establishments nearby. The speed of the wireless Internet connection was acceptable and the breakfast had sufficient variety and was quite tasty. Furthermore, the hotel was kept clean at all times and could not be considered "old style".
There was some noise pollution due to the stray dogs who were especially active at night (they were not intimidating, though, and had their charm) and the mosquitoes posed a bit of a nuisance, but these could hardly be considered concerns and did not really affect our stay in a negative way. I was also slightly surprised due to the fact that the daily list of visitors was kept secret/away from the prying eyes of the general public (though I guess a person who was sneaky enough could grab a peek). However, I understand that this is a standard practice for many hotels. The hotel could also be a bit difficult to find if you are a first time visitor to Bucharest. However, I have absolutely no issue with its location and one shouldn't be afraid to pose questions to locals, most of them will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.

Too expensive. The price of the room raised about three times respect to average fares due to football event I attended.
